It is rare to find a real estate agent with as much passion as Heather Murphy carries with her everyday. Her desire to disrupt the status quo and think outside the box takes her to the next level, and her creative approach allows her to always make the best decision for her clients.

Growing up in Acton, Heather truly understands what makes this small area of the world so special. While attending the University of New Hampshire to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science, she spent a semester abroad in her dreamland of Australia, traveling the continent and attending the University of Canberra. After graduating, Heather continued traveling and has seen 10 different countries. When ready to settle down, she returned home to start a career in real estate.

Since 2004, Heather has been a top agent representing buyers and sellers in Metro-West Boston, and her expertise in all areas of real estate is unmatched. Heather has earned the trust of her clients and colleagues through her commitment to excellence, superior market knowledge, hard work and integrity. Her performance and consistency have earned her multiple awards, as well as an invitation to sit on the Agent Leadership Council(Board of Directors of Keller Williams Boston Northwest) for several years. She brings her creative approach, up to date knowledge and love for connecting people to the committees in which she chairs. By earning certification to be in the Keller Williams luxury division, Heather has also strengthened her knowledge of marketing all types of homes and properties.

Her strong belief in networking guided Heather to start the Acton Colonials BNI(Business Networking International) chapter. The chapter allows Heather to work with local business people, and its sustained success is just one more example of how Heather creatively markets her clients homes while connecting with local professionals.

Heather’s empathy for those going through a divorce inspired her to create the unique Divorce Resource Network. By bringing together a group of professionals who specialize in working with families going through a divorce, Heather aims to create options for those feeling stuck or hopeless. This network has helped give hope and a light at the end of the tunnel for many of these families.

The creation of Heather’s listing boot camp comes from her unrelenting desire to make her client’s home sale as seamless as possible. Her step by step instructions streamline the process and help avoid issues that could derail any aspect of a home sale. She does business in a well rounded way that gives clients information and tips for selling their home, such as when it includes pets and children.
